Tuition:
- Lesson fees should be paid on the Parent Portal on Mymusicstaff.com
- Parents will receive an automatically generated invoice by email 7 days before the first of each month.
- Lesson fees are due on the first of every month. There will be a five-day grace period for completion of payment. If tuition is not paid in full by the fifth of the month, I may suspend lessons until the bill is paid unless parents make an arrangement with me. I will also send out reminder emails periodically.

FRISCO ISD: Lesson fees are subject to annual review by Frisco Independent School District. I will do my best to inform students/parents of fee increases as soon as I’m informed by the district or band directors. Lesson rates for the 2022-2023 school year are as follows:
- Single lesson (half a class period; about 23 minutes): $23 for middle school, $24 for high school.
- Double lesson (about 45 minutes): $46 for middle school, $48 for high school.
- Our amazing band directors and boosters have created a generous lesson scholarship program for those in need of assistance. For more information, please contact your child's band directors via email and cc me (cathyjanson@gmail.com).
How to pay:
Login to the Parent Portal on Mymusicstaff.com. Click on the Account & Invoices tab on the left hand side of the screen. On the Account & Invoices page, click Make Payment.
How to add a credit card to your account:
- Log into the Parent Portal on Mymusicstaff.com with your email address and password sent to you via email.
- Click on your name in the top right corner and select Profile Settings.
- In the Stored Payment Option area, click on the green Add Card button.
- Fill out the following fields with your billing information.
- Click Save.
If you'd like to to pay your invoices automatically when they are sent out via email, be sure to select the Auto Pay option, found at the bottom of the credit card details pop-up window. The Auto Pay option will automatically charge your credit card when invoices are sent out.
